Injection Molding Process

The injection molding workflow starts with raw material preparation: plastic pellets are mixed with color masterbatch and additives, then dried, and automatically fed into the injection machine.

Inside the machine, pellets are melted and plasticated by the screw and heaters. The mold closes tightly, and molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity, followed by packing pressure to compensate for shrinkage.

The material cools and solidifies within the mold. Once finished, the mold opens, and finished parts are ejected by ejector pins or robotic arms.

Parts go through visual inspection. Qualified products will be trimmed to remove flash, then packed and shipped. Defective parts and leftover scraps are sent to the granulator, crushed into recycled pellets and reused in production.
